Formula to Copy Entered Values

I know I ask a lot of questions on here that seem basic for most advanced Excel users, but I really need to get this project done as soon as possible and I need help to make it perfect

Ok so I need a formula, or something, in cell F38 that will copy whatever I put in cell E37. So if I put 280 into cell E37, I want it to automatically put the same value, in this example 280, into cell F38.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it was that simple... I'm actually quite embarrassed right now, but thank you very much for your help.

Ok so now what kind of formula could I use so that when there is nothing entered into cell E37, there will also be nothing in F38? (Right now when there is no value in E37 it is displaying a "0" in F38)
