Formula To Create Data Between Dates

Hello. I am sure this is easy to do, but I can't figure it out. I tried using a sumifs formula and it didn't work. Each month for up to a year has a value. On the picture I attached you will see for each month there is a value. I want to write a formula that will sum the data between 01/01/2024 and 05/01/2024. Thanks for the help.
