Formula to distribute Weekly Savings between "Start Date" & "End Date" across calendar year

Hello Friends! I am new to excel, need your help. Here is the situation...

Total Savings: E.g. 1 ... $2898 needs to equally spread between May'20 till Jun'20. Months prior and after Start & End Date needs to reflect 0.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
