Formula to Edit and correct

Hello guys

I am trying to apply a formula to check the mistakes in Invoice numbers which are not matching. I have applied to formula to do so but I want a blank cell in place of FALSE to display. I also want the formula to check the invoice number one cell above as well one cell below. My formula checks only the value of one cell above. If the formula is edited and corrected, it will not show check and it will be easier to match the rest of the sheet. Need help with your expertise....

JasonB. I am sorry. I was getting some errors in the formula and I was trying to find a way to correct them . Later I noticed that the amounts columns weren't matching and that is why I was getting the mistakes, My mistake. Sorry once again. By the way, nothing is a waste with what you share. I learnt a new way to enter a formula from your formula.
