Formula to Extract month & Year

I have the following text in cell F5 "TO 11/02P"

I would like a formula that will extract the month & year from this text to read in this example as Feb 2011

The year is the number directly after the text To in this example 11 being 2011 and the month
appears after the / i.e 02 in this example being Feb

Your assistance will be most appreciated
