Formula to find if any cells within a range are equal to one another

Hi,

In column c, rows 78 to 83 I want to use a formula to find if any of the cells are equal to one another, how would I do that?

A couple of options...

=STDEV(C78:C83)=0

=AVERAGE(C78:C83)=MAX(C78:C83)

=MAX(C78:C83)=MIN(C78:C83)

The foregoing options disregard empty cells.
