formula to find the cell that contains a certain word within a range and give me the cell address

Hi everyone,

so within range A10:L200 i need the formula to find the word "Help" and give me the cell address for this word
the cell will only contain this word and "Help" will only be in one cell

please help if you can

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
What do you mean by "cell address" and what do you need it for?
