Formula to get the last Monday in February

Hello
I need a formula that returns the date of the last Monday in February for any year
For example I have the date in A1
01/01/2014
I need the last Monday For the year 2014

Changing the 6 to 3 appears to give the correct result but I have not tested it thoroughly.

I tested the last Monday of March for the years and the results are very good.
What about changing the day of the week instead of Monday I want the last Thurs. for example

That is what I meant about changing 6 to 3.

I found this formula which returns the last Thursday of any month

= EOMONTH(A2;0)-WEEKDAY(EOMONTH(A2;0)+3)+1

The value 0 for January I tested to change the value 0 to 1 and I got the last Thursday of Feb.

What about the other last days such as Tuesday or any day >> Where can I change to get the correct results ?

Is there an index for the days of the week or something similar?
