Formula to get the range of certain Category

Dear Sir,
Can you please help me to make a formula in excel with the following category?
in the table below , I want to get the height type for each item. example. Type "Independents (IN)" the height is 2.03, so the height type should be 6, because 0 to 6 the height type is 6, etc. , another example Type "Suspended Floors (SF)" the height is 6.01 so the height type is 8. can you do it to all the category"?
