Hello, I am trying to figure out a formula that will help me populate cells based on the sample instance below. I've tried different IF statements but can't seems to get it to work right. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Use 2 columns A and B
With names and blanks in column B do the following

in B1
=A1
in B2
=IF(A2="",B1,A2)
and copy down column B
