We generate part numbers from the system in the below shape:

321 A4DF5 21W3 2A

After that I need to compare with another list from a supplier, but the issue is the supplier version does not come with several space like the one our system generate. As you know if copy the one from our system and try to search the result will not find anything.

Is there a way to make a formula to remove those SPACES or any other possible way please? I am open with any suggestion.

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
You can do a CTRL+F / Replace, use a space for Find What, and don't do anything in Replace with

I aways ctrl + f but the system consider spaces as characters.
I need a solution from Excel expert because I usually get tens of this type of part numbers and I need to delete spaces and it is really annoying

Replace will do that. Select the entire column or the range of the parts numbers, put one space in "Find what:" then nothing in "Replace with:" then click the "Replace All" button
