Formula Today's Month/Year Matching

I would like to get cell (A3) to pull data from cell (C3,D3, or E3) if today's month and year matches the month/year in row 1.

		JAN 2021	FEB 2021	MAR 2021
	Receipts
Cell = C3, D3, or E3 depending on todays month and year	Inventory	2	4	6
