Does any one know what this formula does not work in the form query builder thank you

IIf([forms]![Candidate_TABLE].[checkbox11]=True,([Candidate_TABLE].[Current Status])<>"closed","*")

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
The second half of that expression starting with:
Code:
([Candidate_TABLE].[Current Status])<>"closed","*")
is supposed to be the result if false section, but it looks like you are maybe trying to do two IIF's here, in which case
Code:
IIF([Candidate_TABLE].[Current Status])<>"closed","*"))
would be more appropriate.

Let me know if you are trying to check one thing with the IIF or two things.
