I am having Description in column A1 and Values in column B1.

Description Values
ABB 32
ALIOF 18
AAGIY 71

from the above data I want the output like this in column c and D

Descrition values
AAGIY 71
ABB 32
ALIOF 18

suggest a formula for this.

the " " is assuming you want to hold the space between values. If not, just go with =A13&B13

It looks like you want to retain your data in A&B as they are, but display again in C & D sorted by Values in descending order. Correct?

and its value infront of it in column D as shown above.

Why not just put a pivot table directly to the right of your data and have the Description and Values in the rows section and no data. It will be default sort by description order.
