I am trying to stop the non completed rows from filling the response "outstanding" in the empty rows below

=IF(F55="","Outstanding ",IFS(F55=D55,"Paid",F55<d55,"under paid",f55="">D55,"Credit"))

If I replace the word outstanding with just "", then it doesn't put anything in the empty rows below,

George avery£102.0022 November 2017£102.00Due In-27 DaysPaid
George avery£103.0023 November 2017£103.00Due In-28 DaysPaid
George avery£104.0024 November 2017Due In-29 DaysOutstanding
George avery£105.0025 November 2017Due In-30 DaysOutstanding
George avery£106.0026 November 2017£106.00Due In-31 DaysPaid
George avery£107.0027 November 2017£107.00Due In-32 DaysPaid

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
One way is to nest another IF around the whole statement, checking for some required column being blank, and if it is, return a blank, otherwise, go through the formula you have, i.e.
Code:
[COLOR=#333333]=IF(A55="","",IF(F55="","[/COLOR][COLOR=#ff0000][B]Outstanding[/B][/COLOR][COLOR=#333333] ",IFS(F55=D55,"Paid",F55[/COLOR]<d55,"under paid",f55="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: rgb(250, 250, 250);">D55,"Credit")))</d55,"under>
