Formulae to work out somebody age?

I have todays date stored in A1 a list of DOB in column M. what form would i use to calculate this?

 

[MOB]

=INT((A1-M1)/365.25)

I think that will work?

=DATEDIF(M1,A1,"y")&" years "&DATEDIF(M1,A1,"ym")&" months "&DATEDIF(M1,A1,"md")&" days"

Thanks guys both worked fine, I have used "MOB" formuklae as it easier to maintain.
