Hi All

I am trying to work out if there is an excel formula to calculate the below.....

I have 2 cells A & B and if i divide A by B and the result is 0 (ie there being 0 in both A & B) I get a #DIV/O! result when I need it to show a 0

Can anyone help with this? Thanks, Niki

Hi

When entering the above formulas it give me a #NAME? error?

The result Im expecting is the correct division of the cells if there is a number greater than 0 in both and if there isnt that its recognises there are 0's in the cells its trying fo divide so brings its to 0 as the division is not possible

Thanks, Niki

Which formula gives #NAME? error?

That probably mean's you've mistyped something, did you try

=IF(A1,A2/A1,0)
