Formulas fill differently when I hit 'save'

Every time is hit "save" I get this result.
H:H and A:A are changing. There both correct when filled.

Is the workbook NFL open or closed ?
I don't believe COUNTIF can access a closed workbook in Column H and Column A is dependent on Column H
