Freeze a mid-table row containing column header information when it is scrolled to the top of the worksheet.

Hi, is there a solution? … When scrolling as soon as Row17 (containing column header descriptions) reaches the top of the sheet it then becomes sticky and freezes there. The rows below then continue to scroll whilst this header row remains static. A solution to this would be very much appreciated. Thank you
