Good Afternoon,

I know how to use the freeze frames from the top, but is there a way to freeze frames on the left side and only freeze certain lines?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Yes you can freeze from the left(Columns). The three options you have in freeze pane are below

1) To lock rows, select the row below the row or rows that you want to keep visible when you scroll.

2) To lock columns, select the column to the right of the column or columns that you want to keep visible when you scroll.

3) To lock both rows and columns, click the cell below and to the right of the rows and columns that you want to keep visible when you scroll.

If you mean by
freeze certain lines
can you freeze individual rows then the answer as far as I know is no as the freeze only scrolls the entire window
