From Data Connection Wizard or Form Microsoft Query

Hi, I want to connect an Excel file to my workbook so that I can import data, pivot it, and make a reporting dashboard.

I'm not too sure what the differences with From Data Connection Wizard and From Microsoft Query are?

Is one of these preferred over the other?

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
