Fromula based upon two conditions

i'm looking for a formula, which works on two conditions. i want to get some results based upon my below requirements,

If Cell A1 = ".html" and Cell B1 is greater than 24 then "Found", else if cell A1 = ".html" then "Not Found"

Try

=IF(AND(A1=".html",B1>24),"Found",IF(A1=".html","Not found",""))

thanks vog, and what will be the formula to see, if a cell is starting with text, menaing if a Cell A1=qtryru377 and another Cell B1 is starting with 237499 then i want to get the result that A1 is starting with text

=IF(AND(ISTEXT(A1),ISNUMBER(B1)),"Text","Not text")

its giving the wrong result
