I have created a sheet to track anything i do we my vehical (milage, maintenance, and budgeting... i was wondering if i could e-mail someone the Woork book to see if there is an easier way to do what i have done so far...

No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.

do you have a specific problem or error with your sheet

no no errors on my workbook but just wanted easier ways to perform tasks... as i am just learning about VBA now and embeded formula's... which is why i suggested e-mailing it as it is not somthing that i can post all the content easily...
