Function to choose most recent (southern) value

Hello - I have a worksheet that I input values each week. I would like a formula that gives me the most recent input. In the example below, 17% would be the result because it was the 'most recent' entry. Thank you in advance

Week 1
25%​
Week 2
10%​
Week 3
30%​
Week 4
17%​
Week 5
Most Recent Entry=MOST Recent

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
