Fuzzy Lookup Alternate

Dear All,
I'm having a list of Names with about 20,000 which in actualy is about 14000 Names but due to minor mistakes of Data Entry guyz the list got longer and longer.

The List look like below and i have problem in UC names

Activity	District	UC
Administrative	ABOTABAD	ABBOTTABAD WAR
Administrative	ABOTABAD	ABBOTTABAD WA
Administrative	ABOTABAD	BAGNOTAR
Administrative	ABOTABAD	BAGNOTER

Administrative	ABOTABAD	BARIN GALI

I tried to use fuzzylookup but its not activating in Excel.

Can you please suggest some other solution so that i get same names in other column next to it.
