Fuzzy lookup help

Hello,

I am trying to get fuzzy lookup to match individuals names in two sets of data. I am having trouble with getting the fuzzy lookup to match a few different scenarios:

1) When the name has a prefix or suffix (Mrs, Mr, Jr, IV, etc) the name is not matched even though the first/last names are the same
2) If a name is missing 1 letter (Jennifer vs Jenifer for example), it does not return a match even though the last name is the same.

I have been playing with the configuration but I cannot get it to work. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Thanks in advance!
