I have single row containing below . I need the matching percentage against each

Column A Column B
Test 1 100%
Test 1 100%
Test 2 90%
Test 3 80%
In above what I want is I need to compare the value from previous row . I will sort the data and then apply the fuzzy stuff . Please help me with VBA
Fuzzy lookup addin can only compare between two columns . I need matching within a single column only.
