I have a table with the following fields: [Account Manager], [Sales Rep], [Retail Account], [Product], [$ Sales]

Report contains data for only 1 time period (1 month at a time)

I want to be able to:
Summarize the number of stores with Sales and those Without by Account Manager/Sales Rep/Product - Thoughts on a DAX formula for this?
Calculate the average number of Products by Account Manager/Sales Rep - Thoughts on a DAX formula for this?
Generate lists of stores based off of this information

The table is over 1mm rows, and loading it all into one sheet (Either via Power Query or a Power Pivot Table) crashed Excel. So, I thought a good solution would be to use the Pivot Table Drill down feature to generate a store list based after the end user has used the pivot table to summarize their data.

However, I've only ever been able to get the drill down to show stores with no sales 1 product at a time. I'd like to be make it as easy as possible for the end user to quickly pull which stores need attention from our entire product catalog.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

Thank you,
MPA
