Generate XLS file for select data range only

Hi there!

Silly question here: I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically generate an XLS file from an existing XLS master file for a select data range only.

I need to share an XLS with stakeholders for their departments' data only.
I'd love to not have to manually (1) filter (2) delete the irrelevant department data and (3) manually create a new file for each department stakeholder.

Please supply a sample worksheet of 10-20 records using XL2BB. No pictures as they cannot be manipulated.
