Can someone please kindly tell me where to go to, and how to generate a PASTE LIST (available in Excel 2003: Insert Menu --> Name --> Define --> Paste List) of all the defined ranges, when working with Excel 2007?

With thanks.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Take a look at the Formula Tab and in the center is your defined names group.

If you want to find out where other things are you can download the microsoft flash movies which will show you the 2003 screen and when you click a menu and item or icon up pops the new screen and shows you where to fined it. Take a look at my downloads side of my website.

Look down the list until you find Microsoft Office documents and the flash movies are there.

Under the 'Formulas' tab, select the 'Use in formula'. Then choose Paste Names, and look in bottom left of dialog box for the "Paste List"
