i am curently using the following formula to open and email and incert some fields
IF(G16=BA$16,HYPERLINK(CONCATENATE("mailto:someone@somewhere.co.uk?SUBJECT=referal for MR "&B16&" "&C16,"&BODY=",BB$16),"send"),
but it only seems to let me have about six diferent options is there a way that i can make this simply
i have any one of 20 departments that i will have to send and e-mail to depending on what is in G16
