generating random number and 0s and 1s

hello everybody,

I need to generate one random number between 1000 to 1500. I need to generate so many 0s and 1s randomly in one column (toal 0s and 1s should be equal to the random number generated) . Again randomly 0s and 1s should be generated in another column (toal 0s and 1s should be equal to the random number generated .
