Get a specific row to the top of the sheet

I want to get row 100 to be at the top of the sheet. It always shows up in the middle when I select it in VBA. If I down arrow off the page, it jumps that row to the middle. I feel like I am missing something simple.

Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
