    id_comune = htmlDoc.querySelector("a[itemprop='hasMap']").getAttribute("href")
    id_comune = Mid$(id_comune, InStrRev(id_comune, "=") + 1)

That's because you have not defined htmlDoc. So you should have the following...

VBA Code:
    Dim htmlDoc As Object
    Set htmlDoc = CreateObject("htmlfile")
    Set htmlDoc = IE.document

    Dim id_comune As String
    id_comune = htmlDoc.querySelector("a[itemprop='hasMap']").getAttribute("href")
    id_comune = Mid$(id_comune, InStrRev(id_comune, "=") + 1)

    Debug.Print id_comune

By the way, in future, please post any code within code tags. Otherwise we are unable to copy/paste code from an image when needed.

Hope this helps!
