get the entire column contents into an array and then Match

Hi,

I am working on a project where i am working with Arrays.

I have a 2 dimensional array where i have to store column headers and its contents.

and i need to match the column headers in another sheet Sheet2 and when they match the column contents are copied under the respective headers in Sheet2.

Please advise as i need to fix this only with arrays.
