GETPIVOTDATA Dynamic with extra table on the side -*Urgent*

My problem sounds simple but can't figure it out. I have a pivot table and what to make the grand total for columns dynamic when you filter it. Of course, taking into account part numbers.

I need to then multiply that value against. Also maybe a brief explanation on how to do it for the future would be helpful . Hate to ask without knowing how.
