getting rid of the marching ants marquee after copy

I knwo how to to a Selection.copy. But how do you get rid of the copy marquee? I know its something to do with "CutCopyMode" but i can't remember the proper syntax!

PS Can you post your code, you could probably avoid the 'ants' in the first place, like I said in the other thread you don't normally need to select.
