Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Try

Code:
Sub NextCap()
Dim LR As Long, i As Long, b As Boolean
LR = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
If ActiveCell.Column <> 1 Then Range("A1").Select
For i = ActiveCell.Row + 1 To LR + 1
    With Range("A" & i)
        If .Value <> "" And Not .Value Like "--*" And .Value = UCase(.Value) Then
            b = True
            .Select
            Exit For
        End If
    End With
Next i
If Not b Then MsgBox "No more", vbInformation
End Sub
