Goal Seek Integration

I'm trying to create a macro that will automatically run a series of goal seeks whenever certain values are changed, or I wouldn't mind if it ran with a button.

My setup is like this, I have data in cells D12-D19 that will be changed (they are input by the user). That input changes the value of cells J12-J19 (they are a formula dependent on D12-D19). Cells L12-L19 are a formula dependent on the values of cells K12-K19. I use Goal Seek to set Cells L12-L19 equal to J12-J19. The goal seek must be preformed in order from row 12 to row 19 because each iteration of goal seek will change the next iteration's goal value.

Here is a link to my file:

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
I'm using Excel 2003. There was a typo in the previous file. I uploaded a new one here:

Also, this for a class of mine. The problem's already done, I'm just trying to automate the sheet, so don't worry, you're not helping me cheat xD.
