going back to--show 3 digits under pairs

The Formula that you have does not work on doulbes or does
it work on front zero's......Show 3 digits under pairs ----is the title
we wrote this morning and after using it more it still does not
work right.....Don't what to get into trouble using the same
question....... How do list it BACK????????
The name is ---Show 3 digits under pairs-------
It was working for 12--16--18 but when we put in doubles like
55-----11----00---and also 09 --07--04 it does not work....
Sorry about that butt just found out ....
