Google Sheets - Everywhere a word appears, the cell below it gets a value.

I need a function that will look through each cell in my sheet, and once it finds the word "Progress", it automatically puts a dropdown previously created into the cell directly below the one that says "Progress". For reference, the dropdown list is on Validation!A27. So, if cells G3, I7, and K12 == "Progress", cells G4, I8, and K13 automatically contain the dropdown list in Validation!A27.

Any/all help is appreciated!
