Hi

I am using excel 2010 and i am trying to change the horizontal label on a chart so the labels go downwards instead of across.

At the moment the horizontal axis (X) labels are going across the bottom like:

one two three

But i wont to change it so they go across the bottom like:
o t t
n w h
e o r
e
e

I hope this makes sense. Does anyone know how to change the label as i cant figure out how.

Thanks

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Right click on the chart, go to Format Axis, a box will open with options. The botton option is Alingment, you can change the direction from there. You can even change the angle. Have a good day.
