Thanks in advance for any help provided!

I am triying to build a graphical representation for total resources in an org, by contractual end date.

I have a spreadsheet with all names and their anticipated end dates, but am finding it difficult to run a pivot or something similar that shows me all active resources by month (all I can do is total count of resources with end dates in month X)

For example, if there are 500 active resources on JAN 1, and 100 of them have end dates throughout the month of JAN, then my bar chart for FEB would reflect 480 (assuming no added new resources).

This is constantly being added to as new resources are added to the environment, as well as lots of other attributes that may need to be added into this rolling chart, so a static formula to countif may not work.

Any suggestions?
