Greyed Out & Unedittable Names

I keep getting the "Workbook contains one or more links that can't be updated" when I open my workbook.
I've been going through sheet by sheet looking for the broken link(s) and I managed to come across some bad names in the Name Manager. However, the options are all greyed out and inaccessible for editting.

What do I need to do to edit them to what they should be?

I forgot to mention this is Excel 2010. Very frustrating. I see where the errors are, but I just can't change them!

is the worksheet/book protected? is it read only? is it shared?

The worksheets were protected
I was, obviously, able to edit them once the protection was disabled. Thanks!!
