Grouped Headings in Pivot Tables

I have several pivot tables in a file - the row headings are grouped date ranges - for some reason the headings are all synced - i.e. if i change the grouped range, say from day / month to month 1/4, in one heading all the headings in the pivot tables in the files - why is this happening?
