i have problems when i obtain any trail balance to create my schedules
i will explain:

my trail balance is like that:
Column A-------- Column B -------Column C ------Column D------Column E
Account No.----- Account Name-year 2010---- year 2009----
10001----------- Cash --------------5000---------- 6000
10002------------Receivables------- 10000-------- 12000
10003----------- Banks------------- 23000-------- 31020
10004----------- Deposits---------- 50000--------- 50000
10005----------- Provision debts------1400--------- -1400

i want to group the accounts related to cash & cash equivalents such cash row and banks row in another sheet under the name of cash and cash equivalents
and want to group the receivables and provision rows under the name of Trade receivables in another sheet
is there any way when i make combo box in column E beside each account and write the main groups then those accounts rows linked in another sheet as i explained.

please i need help
