Habilitar macro al abrir la planilla

Como hago para que al abrir una planilla de excel que tiene un formulario, no me aparezca el cuadro que pregunta si deseo habilitar las macros, sino que se habiliten automáticamente (solo para esa planilla)

Si eso se pudiera hacer, los programadores de virus serían felices, porque podrian hacer que se habilitaran los macros "solo para ese virus"...
