Is it possible within VBA code to supress the display and user intervention when the following message apperars

"Data may exist in the sheet(s) selected for deletion
To permanently delete the data, press Delete"

Always accept the delete option.

Thanks for your help.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Try turning off Alerts before the sheet deletion:
Code:
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
Sheets("Sheet1").Delete
Application.DisplayAlerts = True
