Really not clued up at arrays.

In a sheet ProjectData in column M have a list of 500 line managers.

Need to place unique list of line managers in worksheet calculations in column B from B1 down.

Please could someone tell me how to do this using an array?

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Thanks all for your time and responses.

Due to the potential in the next worksheet of 10,000+ unknown lines ..looking for vba code to use in a macro to store the unique list of line managers and spit them out later.

The current spreadsheet uses array formulas but they make the spreadsheet run way to slow + there are multiple other formulas running through the spreadsheet.

Any further help would be appreciated.

Suggest you use advanced filter to create your unique list of managers - one of the options is to extract unique values only - you can automate this with a macro if you need to. That way you can run it only when you need it rather than every time the array gets updated.
