Help calculating future ages

I am trying to calculate the ages of people on the 31.12.2011 within the following excel sheet

if the birtdate is in C3
then in E3 put in

=(TODAY()-C3)/365

You can try:

=DATEDIF(A1,B1,"y")&" years "&DATEDIF(A1,B1,"ym")&" months "&DATEDIF(A1,B1,"md")
&" days"

Given that A1 contains date of birth and B1 contains the date to calculate the age at.

Works in Excel 2010

My version

=INT((D3-B3)/365)

D3 = Age At date

B3 = Birthdate

This works a wee bit roughly (rounding problem i think), it will calculate a person born on 01/01/2000 as 12 as of 31/12/2011

Correct good old Leap years

so =DATEDIF(B3,D3,"Y")
is the answer
