Help calculating future ages

I am trying to calculate the ages of people on the 31.12.2011 within the following excel sheet

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
You can try:

Given that A1 contains date of birth and B1 contains the date to calculate the age at.

Works in Excel 2010
